About Us

OnSite Real Estate Group is a residential real estate team serving Lake Tapps, Bonney Lake, and the greater Pierce County and South Sound area, including Sumner, Puyallup, Buckley, Enumclaw, Auburn, Covington, Maple Valley, Graham, and Federal Way. The team is affiliated with Timber Real Estate and is based in Lake Tapps.

OnSite was founded by Andre and Cindie Bohall, who are married and run the business together. Andre is the Owner-Principal and leads strategy, pricing, and negotiation. Cindie is co-owner and a sales agent, and brings more than twenty years in senior care to families navigating downsizing and later-life moves. Deisy Duran-Ruiz is a Spanish-speaking sales agent, and Andre is fluent in ASL, so clients can work with the team directly in English, Spanish, or American Sign Language.

The team is built on one idea: real estate is a long-term relationship, not a transaction. Sellers get pricing backed by real comparable analysis instead of a guess, professional photography and floor plans on every listing, and a launch process that runs the same way every time. Buyers get straight answers about what a home is actually worth and what it costs to own.
