Absher frequently works within Pierce County and the City of Puyallup for both commercial and private construction projects. Our recently completed work includes the Washington State Fair Gold Gate project and the Johnson Science STEM building at Pierce College. We have done various work with Cascade Christian Schools, with our recent completion of their Junior High School Classroom Addition project, and we’re currently completing buildout of the second floor of that addition. Going back a little farther, Absher had completed Bradley Park Senior Housing in 2019. We have performed over 38 projects within Puyallup and thoroughly understand the permitting processes and have relationships with both the City and with Pierce County. Absher will capitalize on these relationships and our knowledge of working within the community to ensure we engage early with the necessary parties and avoid delays in permitting.
