Insurance Sales & Service Representative - Entry Level

Ready to learn the insurance business from the ground up?
This entry-level role is a great opportunity to build a career in property and casualty insurance while gaining hands-on experience in both policy servicing and sales.
In this position, you’ll work with new leads generated by the agency, gathering information from prospective clients, preparing quotes with our carrier partners, and presenting coverage options that best fit their needs. You’ll also support our existing clients by servicing their policies and delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
While this is an entry-level role, growth is not just possible—it’s expected. As you gain experience and become licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission and take on expanded responsibilities.

This is a full-time position with hourly pay, plus commission once licensed.
