National Dance Day

July 31, 2010 is the first ever National Dance Day which is an initiative started by So You Think You Can Dance that encourages the nation, young and old, to move! Pierce County Dances Together will be held at South Hill Mall on July 31^st to celebrate National Dance Day. The event will include dance performances, dance instruction, space for you to get up and move plus Pierce County’s largest cha cha slide.  Pierce County Dances Together is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in front of Competitive Edge [use the 9^th St. SW entrance to South Hill Mall]. If selected this event may be mentioned on an upcoming episode of So You Think You Can Dance.
