With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Chad Halverson has worked at the intersection of business banking, sales enablement, and product strategy. Having spent nearly two decades at U.S. Bank, progressing from branch management to leading national business banking strategy, Chad has firsthand knowledge of what it takes for business owners to build strong, productive relationships with their banking partners.
Throughout his career, Chad has led enterprise-wide initiatives that enhanced digital banking experiences, streamlined sales enablement, and designed go-to-market strategies that empowered business owners to access the tools they need for success. Whether optimizing sales incentive programs, expanding commercial lending opportunities, or driving digital transformation, his expertise has helped countless businesses navigate banking relationships with confidence.
Now, having transitioned from the corporate world into launching his own local business, Chad brings a unique perspective, understanding the challenges of small business ownership from both sides of the banking relationship.
