Robert Kaelin has a passion for building healthy leaders that create real impact. He is a visionary who has a deep love for people, community, and business development. Robert graduated from Faith International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership. After working at Microsoft for some time, his love for people propelled him to find his purpose. Ultimately, God called him to put his skills to use by building a community of leaders who lead with purpose and add value to those around them.
Robert is an author, speaker, and coach with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team and the CEO of Counter Culture Leadership. Robert and his wife Jackie own and operate Elements, a café in the heart of downtown Puyallup. His passion is connecting with people and helping them grow. This drives him to continually develop himself as a leader and communicator. He is the author of a brand-new book on leadership, Generous Influencers – You Hold the Key to Creating Positive Impact.

David Robbs provides business coaching and consulting services to businesses in a variety of industries and markets, drawing upon 35+ years of experience. He is the Executive Director of Poyeho Project, a non-profit he founded back in 2007 to help teach business skills and create successful, sustainable businesses in African countries. Poyeho Project allows Dave to share his many years of business experience & knowledge with people in economically challenged parts of the world. He is passionate about bringing hope and sustainability to southern Africa through business development and training. He has a degree in engineering from Azusa Pacific University.
