All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by event organizers.

To maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all attendees, we do not permit booths or materials that are primarily focused on religious promotion, political advocacy, or timeshare sales.

Event organizers reserve the right to decline or remove any vendor whose products, services, or displayed content do not align with the event’s purpose or guidelines.

Submission of an application and payment of booth fees does not guarantee acceptance.

If your application is not approved, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
