John Stark is the Director of the Washington State University, Puyallup Research and Extension Center. He is also a full Professor and runs the Ecotoxicology Program at WSU. John’s research deals with protection of endangered species and ecological risk assessment of pollutants with particular emphasis on salmon. John has published over 85 peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals, numerous book chapters and a recent book on ecological risk assessment entitled “Demographic Toxicity: Methods in Ecological Risk Assessment”.
