Additional Event Details:
Drinks: The wine for the evening is complimentary and is provided by Top Foods. Wine will be available at check-in and has been matched with each chef’s menu for dinner service. Complimentary sodas will be available. A no-host bar for beer and a special holiday cranberry cocktail will be open until 7:30 pm. You can use your bidder number to purchase drinks.
Raffles and prizes:
· Raffle winner – Choose one item from six live auction items. For just $25 you can be entered in this raffle and you will also receive mardi gras beads for your purchase. Only 100 raffle tickets will be sold. You can use your bidder number to purchase raffle tickets.
Photos: Professional photos taken in a festive café setting will be available for just $20.
Dessert Auction: A variety of desserts will be auctioned off at the conclusion of the dinner service. Desserts are being donated by local restaurants, prepared by Chamber Board members and created by local culinary arts students. The table or individual that bids the highest amount for their dessert will win 10 bottles wine.

Transportation and lodging: The
Holiday Inn Express in Puyallup is offering special room rates for Chefs’ Night Out participants. Cuddy’s Taxi service is offering a $10 rate for round trip transportation between the event and the hotel.

Your chef for the evening will be revealed to you when you check in for the event. We look forward to seeing you on November 7th!
Chefs’ Night Out presented by MulitCare Good Samaritan Hospital is an event designed to showcase talented local chefs while providing an upscale culinary experience for participants. Each participating chef will create their own menu and prepare a meal for a table with ten guests. Guests will discover at which table they will be dining through a random assignment process.
A cocktail hour will precede the dinner and a silent auction of a limited number of top value items will be occurring. Wine selected to match each chef’s menu will be available for guests during dinner. A live dessert auction will follow the dinner.
Since this is a unique event in east Pierce County and seating is limited, we are expecting this to be a high profile event with local media coverage.
